Vibratory Feeder Rubber Feet
Automation Devices manufactures several styles of rubber feet. Two main types are Standard and Locator Style. The Standard type includes Single-Stud, Double-Stud and Bumper Styles.
Rubber Mounting Feet
Synthetic rubber-like compounds such as Neoprene and Buna N are used in the manufacturing of most ADI mounting feet. Both of these compounds exhibit good resistance to oil, oxygen, heat, and flame. They have good abrasion resistance and will not elongate when cut. Part numbers 1008, 1008S, 2008, and 2008S are not suitable for outdoor use.
Locator Style Rubber Feeder Feet
Locator Style Rubber Feet combine the vibration isolation function of a rubber foot with the secure feeder bowl alignment of the standard Foot Locator. Once secured, the feeder can be moved in and out of a production area with no loss of alignment to a discharge track.
