Standard Base Units for Vibratory Feeders
Base units provide the vibration essential to the proper function of a vibratory feeder bowl. They generally operate with a range of bowl sizes which are referenced within the given specifications. A vibratory amplitude controller is required to control the amplitude of vibration.
The outer shell protects the vibratory feeder base unit from dust and particle contamination which greatly enhances the durability and life of the base unit. The base units are shipped with the shells, though requests can be made to exclude them.
Model 03 Base Unit
The Model 3 Vibratory Drive Unit is used to drive small vibratory bowls for orienting and feeding small products and parts.

Model 25 Base Unit

Model 30 Base Unit
The Model 30 vibratory drive unit is used with 30 to 36 inch vibratory bowls.
Model 35 Base Unit
The Model 35 Feeder Base Unit is intended for operation with 36 to 48 inch Vibratory Feeder Bowls.
