Electric Industrial Vibrators

Material and parts feeding applications or feeding equipment often call for hoppers, tracks, and other gravity assisted feeding devices. Automation Devices' electric industrial vibrators assist gravity movement. They prevent parts from nesting, tangling, or creating "log jams" in hoppers and bins.

The industrial vibrators are sized to handle a range of applications from a large bin or hopper down to situations where only gentle vibration is required and space is limited.

Model 9000 Dyna-Mite

The Model 9000 DYNA-MITE is a compact, electromagnetic bin vibrator. It produces a unidirectional motion at 7200 vibrations per minute (VPM) along the axis of the 1/4-20 mounting hole in the base. Suited for many applications which require a smooth and gentle vibration to prevent part tangling and nesting, the bin vibrator operates from direct line voltage or from an optional controller. The unit is generally used with a gravity track. Power consumption is less than 10 watts.

Model 9100 Dyna-Mite

The Model 9100 DYNA-MITE is an electromagnetic hopper / bin vibrator with an internal rectifier which produces 3600 VPM. The unit is suited for applications which require a more powerful, coarser vibration than the Model 9000. The operation and construction process is similar to the Model 9000 described above. The unit operates from direct line voltage or from an optional controller, the Model 9150. Power consumption is 10 watts.

Model 9300

The Model 9300 is a 9 1/2 pound electromagnetic bin vibrator well-suited for use on hoppers, chutes, tracks, or bins. The coil is encapsulated to protect against liquids, dust, and mechanical damage. The vibrator requires an electronic controller such as Automation Devices' Model 6000, set for DC operation which produces 3600 VPM.Power consumption is approximately 225 watts.

Model 9400

The Model 9400 is a 21 1/2 pound electromagnetic vibrator which works well with hoppers, chutes, tracks, or bins. The encapsulated coil protects against liquids, dust, and mechanical damage. The vibrator requires an electronic controller such as Automation Devices' Model 6000, set for DC operation which produces 3600 VPM. Power consumption is approximately 440 watts.
