Automation Devices Inc. offers custom engineered solutions in the following 3 on-site divisions:
VFC Division (Vibratory Feeder Corporation) - Focuses on the "customer friendly" building blocks of the modern Feeding System (aluminum bowls, base units, hoppers, inline linear feeders and vibratory controllers, as well as rebuilding and retuning services for all brand feeders).
PEECO Division (Perry Equipment and Engineering Company) - Designs, engineers and fabricates stainless steel vibratory bowls, part conveyors and escapements, specialized hoppers and pre-feeders in addition to professionally engineered bowl tooling and repair.
Swan-Matic - Is ADI’s bottle capping machine and capping equipment division. The bench-top capper is a bottle capping machine designed for small to medium size production runs servicing such caps as yorker caps, plastic disc caps, dropper caps, spout caps, dispensing caps, push-pull caps, pour spout caps, pull spout caps, mist spray caps, flip top caps, over caps and sports caps, just to name a few. We manufacture hand-held capping equipment for "in-the-box" capping as well as explosive proof and hazardous location cappers accompanied by a full range of capping accessories.
