Automation Devices Inc. Unveils New Customer Relationship Management System
Automation Devices, Inc. (ADI), a vibratory bowl feeder and part systems manufacturer, has launched an updated customer relationship management system (CRM). CRM is a web-based interface that houses information requested by ADI’s website users and the company. Automation Devices’ updated CRM went live on June 30.
CRM allows ADI to easily manage customer price requests, quotes and sales. If a customer requests a price for feeding equipment, ADI is automatically notified so that a response can be generated as quickly as possible.
“We were running on an outdated system that soon wouldn’t be supported by our web providers,” explains ADI Marketing Specialist Alicia Tellers. “It is necessary to be up-to-date to ensure CRM receives the proper maintenance and support updates it requires. To do that, we needed to upgrade the system,” adds Tellers.
While changes will be transparent to customers and web visitors, the overall functionality of the system has been improved. “We’re happy with the update,” says Tellers. “It is just another step to make sure we are engaged with our customers and providing them with the best possible service.”
