Automation Devices, Inc. Prospers with Capital Equipment Purchase
Automation Devices, Inc (ADI), a vibratory feeder and part system components manufacturer, has purchased a new Betenbender 70 ton hydraulic press brake for its Fairview, Pa. manufacturing facility. Fully equipped with CNC positioned backguage and vertical ram positioning along with variable tonnage control, this American made machinery will allow for precise control of bending sheet metal. As a result of this purchase, fabrications that were previously outsourced can be done in-house, saving both time and money for the company and its customers while allowing more flexibility to fabricate non-standard products.
ADI Project Manager, Dallas Holmes is excited about this recent acquisition.
“We now have the ability to streamline our manufacturing process for our line of hoppers and parts feeding applications that consist of enclosures, as well as other sheet metal components such as panels and brackets” explains Holmes. “It will enable us to supply our customers with custom designed feeding systems, faster production times and quicker deliveries.”
