Automation Devices, Inc. (ADI), a vibratory feeder and part system components manufacturer, is pleased to announce the latest team member to celebrate 40 years with the company. Kevin Cox started at ADI on May 31, 1974. After a brief period at General Electric after completing school, Cox decided employment at ADI suited him better and has been hard at work ever since. Cox now joins six other long-time employees who have celebrated 40 years of service.

As a reward for such dedicated service, each 40-year employee receives a check for $4,000 on the anniversary of their date of hire. Other 40-year check recipients include Larry Smith, Tim Hardner, Dennis Getz, Jack Ferguson and recent retiree Bob Hoover. The loyalty and commitment of long time employees represents permanency for Automation Devices and gives customers consistent, high-quality products and services.

“We are extremely fortunate to have such dedicated employees,” says ADI President Kevin Smith. “In today’s economy it is uncommon to have employees that stay with one employer for an extended period of time, let alone 40 years. The longevity of our Company as well as our staff makes us stand out against our competitors.” “No where else in the industry will you find the experience and caliber of work that you find at ADI.” “Not only do our 40-year employees bring seasoned expertise to the production floor every day, they are also instrumental in the development of our newer employees,” adds Smith.
